"I had a horrible experience with this company regarding drive safe and save. When I moved the beacon was sent to the wrong address twice even after an agent reached out asking me if I needed to change my mailing address. They then charged me $190 because I “cancelled” drive safe and save, which I never did they just weren’t sending the beacon to the right address. I then reached out to the company explaining what happened and was told I would most likely get a credit for this charge since it was a mistake on their end. I then was billed for the next month’s payment and not credited for the $190 payment that I should not have had to pay in the first place. They continued to tell me that “underwriting” denied the claim even though the WHOLE thing was a mistake on their end. Needless to say I cancelled my insurance with them and do not recommend them at all."

"We just received our State Farm 2024 renewal notices for our autos and homeowners. We were pleasantly surprised. The renewal rate increase were very minimal and honestly after hearing our friends and family complained about their increase it was a great feeling to know StateFarm, our agent and staff are doing their best to retain existing customers and keep our insurance premiums at an acceptable rate. "Dan Demory took over after my other agent retired, and it was not a good experience after Riley left. Getting questions answered was a multiple day process with multiple phone calls and emails. We never felt like we were getting knowledgeable, timely answers. When we asked for a meeting with Dan we got an email response with all of our answers instead of setting up a meeting like we asked. The only time we ever heard from Dan was when we requested to transfer to a new agent after we realized Charlie cancelled our home owners insurance by accident. She was supposed to get started reinstating it and never did, just left us uninsured. So I would not recommend this office."

First, we are very sorry you feel this way…this is never our intention. We do have notes in the system we called and left multiple voicemails since the transition of the previous agent and we always welcome appointments with Dan. Dan works 60 hour weeks and spends most of this time face to face with customers in both of our locations. The cancellation you received was standardized when we wrote the rental dwelling policy (over the home policy) to save you the most money. We requested interior pictures from Alli and never received them. Additionally, there was no lapse in coverage, simply a change in coverage from one type of policy to the other, per your request. We work extremely hard to take the best care of our clients…again, we are sorry you felt this way and would be open to discuss it further. Thank you. "

"My state farm agent recently sold its company to Dan. I was a little apprehensive because I am not familiar with this office and I had to file a claim. "Dan and his State Farm group has saved us money! On car and home insurance. Casey King made it easy. She did all of the hard work for us so we didn’t need to shop around. We were with another insurance company for over 20 years. One would think since we were with them for so long we would have best rates out there. That’s not true!
